Service Description

All players should expect to attend both date/times of tryouts for their specific age group. Girls ($25 tryout fee) 3rd/4th Grades – 7/31 (Mon) & 8/2 (Wed) – 515p-630p 5th/6th Grades – 8/1 (Tues) & 8/3 (Thurs) – 645p-8p 7th/8th Grades – 8/1 (Tues) & 8/3 (Thurs) – 815p-930p REGISTER BELOW and Email Coach Tyson Chapman (Tyson.Chapman@scbasketball.net)

Cancelation Policy

REGISTRATION/REFUND POLICY Registration for programs, tryouts, leagues, or tournaments must be completed online. No registration is complete until payment is received. Payments may be made at the time of electronic registration on our website with a credit card or may be made in person with a single check, cash or payment through our POS system. Entry is only guaranteed upon receipt of the player payment fee. Refund policy for programs as following: $35.00 cancellation fee up to start date of program No refund/credit after program has started (first practice or class) Refund for injury (Doctor’s note is required) 100% up to start date Pro-rated amount for games/practice missed after injury occurred (based upon date notice of injury is provided). Refund amount will be issued in form of credit for future session. Refund policy for tournaments as following: $50.00 cancellation fee up to schedule being released. No refunds after the schedule is released. Refunds will not be processed for tryouts or uniforms. Forms of refund may not always be in the same form as original payment. There is a $10.00 returned check fee. All cancellation notices must be sent via email to tyson.chapman@scbasketball.net (The initial email date will be used for proration calculation).
