Fall League Evaluation - 9th-11th

Service Description

Players will be evaluated for a 6-week Fall League Season (mid-Sept through Oct) with 12 games in the West Suburban Fall League (Cost of league is $355 per player) Boys 9th-11th Grade Illinois Attack will be putting together teams to play in the West Suburban Fall League hosted by Supreme Courts. This is for high school players to prepare for a successful Winter season! Dates - September 10th - October 15th (teams will begin practice on Tuesday - 9/5) Evaluation Night - Sunday (August 13th) 9th Grade (6p-715p) 10th/11th Grade (730p-845p) Cost $355 per player ($325 player fee; $30 reversible jersey fee) More Details Boys - Freshman/Sophomore/Varsity 8-10 players per roster 12 games total (including playoffs) One 90-minute practice/training each week Professional Coaching Staff All games on Sunday (2 games per Sunday) Additional details and next steps will be given once evaluations take place

Cancelation Policy

REGISTRATION/REFUND POLICY Registration for programs, tryouts, leagues, or tournaments must be completed online. No registration is complete until payment is received. Payments may be made at the time of electronic registration on our website with a credit card or may be made in person with a single check, cash or payment through our POS system. Entry is only guaranteed upon receipt of the player payment fee. Refund policy for programs as following: $35.00 cancellation fee up to start date of program No refund/credit after program has started (first practice or class) Refund for injury (Doctor’s note is required) 100% up to start date Pro-rated amount for games/practice missed after injury occurred (based upon date notice of injury is provided). Refund amount will be issued in form of credit for future session. Refund policy for tournaments as following: $50.00 cancellation fee up to schedule being released. No refunds after the schedule is released. Refunds will not be processed for tryouts or uniforms. Forms of refund may not always be in the same form as original payment. There is a $10.00 returned check fee. All cancellation notices must be sent via email to tyson.chapman@scbasketball.net (The initial email date will be used for proration calculation).
