Individual Skills Training
Time will be dedicated to basketball skill work. This gives players a chance to be exposed to developmental drills, and be able to build each session, off of the previous session's focus! This part of the class will take place on a court with specific Attack Trainers at Supreme Courts.
Team Building
Conditioning
Performance Training
Time will be dedicated to building athleticism, strength, conditioning, and team building through Fitness Freedom. This part of the training will be led by experienced Trainers through Fitness Freedom at Supreme Courts.
